近40 a青藏高原地区对流活动研究进展

A Review of advances on convective activities over the Tibetan Plateau over the past 40 years

  • 摘要: 青藏高原(以下称高原)是我国对流活动最活跃的区域之一,其对流活动易引发高原及其下游地区的强降水和灾害性天气,造成经济损失和人员伤亡,因而长期为大气科学领域的研究热点。本文系统回顾1985—2025年近40 a 高原对流活动研究的主要进展,包括高原对流活动的判识与分类,时空分布特征和演变规律、影响因子,以及对高原及其下游天气气候的影响等。在此基础上,展望了未来研究中亟待关注的重点方向,旨在为高原强对流活动监测预报和灾害防御提供科学支撑。

     

    Abstract: The Tibetan Plateau (TP) is one of the most active regions in China for convective activity, which can easily trigger heavy precipitation and disastrous weather over both the TP and downstream regions, causing significant economic losses and casualties. Therefore, it has long been a major research focus in atmospheric science. This paper reviews the research progress on convective activity over the Plateau during the past 40 years (1985-2025), including the identification and classification of convective activities over the TP, its spatiotemporal distribution and evolution, influencing factors, as well as its impact on weather and climate over the plateau and downstream regions. Based on this review, key directions for future research are outlined, aiming to provide scientific support for the monitoring, forecasting, and disaster prevention and mitigation of severe convective weather over the plateau.
