2017年4—10月我国主要暴雨天气过程简述

Important heavy rain events in China from April to October in 2017

  • 摘要: 利用中国大陆2 400多个国家级气象观测站日降水资料和常规天气图资料,以1981—2010年30 a平均降水量分析降水气候态特征,统计2017年4—10月我国主要暴雨天气过程,概述各主要暴雨过程的重要影响系统、出现时段、范围及累计降水量。结果表明: 2017年4—10月我国共出现184个暴雨日、35次主要暴雨过程,其中20次出现在华南地区;暴雨日数和过程次数较近10 a (2008—2017)同期偏少。南方地区多次持续性暴雨引发流域汛情和区域洪涝,其中6月14— 17日广东陆丰累计降水量达586.4 mm,为该年单站暴雨过程累计降水量最大值;华西地区至淮河流域秋雨显著偏多,导致严重秋汛和次生灾害;该年极端降水频发,广东广州、吉林永吉、陕西榆林等多站日降水量突破同期或历史极值。2017年共有8个台风登陆我国,台风登陆时间和地点较集中,广东、福建等地多次遭受台风暴雨袭击。

     

    Abstract: Based on daily precipitation data at more than 2 400 national automatic weather stations and operational synoptic charts, we have conducted a statistical analysis of the important heavy rain events in China occurred between April and October in 2017 by comparing them to the 30-year mean precipitation during 1981-2010. A survey of the synoptic condition, rainfall duration, rainfall area and accumulative amount of precipitation for these events is then presented. Results indicate that there were 184 heavy rain days and 35 important heavy rain events in China during the study period, of which 20 events appeared in Southern China. The number of days and the frequency of heavy rain between April and October in 2017 were less than the same period in recent 10 years. Several persistent rainstorms, which caused several drainage and regional floods, occurred in the southern China. The accumulated precipitation at Lufeng station in Guangdong from June 14 to 17 in 2017 amounted to 586.4 mm, which was the maximum precipitation value at single station in this year. The autumn rain from West China to the Huaihe River basin was obviously higher than normal, resulting in serious floods and geological disasters. Extreme precipitation events occurred frequently. The annual precipitation of many stations such as Guangzhou, Guangdong, Yongji, Jilin and Yulin, Shanxi broke the corresponding period or historical records. In 2017, there were 8 typhoons landing in China, whose time and location of landing were relatively concentrated. Typhoon and rainstorms attacked Guangdong, Fujian and other places many times in this year.
