Abstract:
In order to improve the early warning and forecast level for landslide geological hazards induced by rainfall in different regions and climate areas in China, we have systematically reviewed the main research progress in the early warning and forecast of rainfall-typed landslide geological hazards at home and aboard in the past 30 years, and those related technologies and methods are summarized. In this paper, we have emphatically discussed the merits, demerits and application limits of the three often-used methods in the research and operation on the early warning and forecast of rainfall-typed landslide geological hazards, including mathematical statistical analysis, theoretical model evaluation, and numerical simulation. The objective of this review is to provide a reference for scientific research personnel and forecasters at home in the future to carry out the early warning and forecast of rainfall-typed landslide geological hazards.
