2013年4—10月我国主要暴雨天气过程简述

Important heavy rain events in China from April to October in 2013

  • 摘要: 利用日降水资料(08—08 时)和常规天气图资料,以1981—2010 年30 a 平均降水量为气候态,统计2013 年4—10 月我国主要暴雨天气过程,概述各主要暴雨过程的重要影响系统、出现时段、范围及累积降水量。结果表明: 2013 年4—10 月我国共有184 个暴雨日、31 次主要暴雨过程。6—7 月四川盆地接连出现5 次区域性暴雨过程,其中7 月8—11 日都江堰累积降雨量高达731 mm,为年度最大过程雨量。2013 年登陆我国的台风偏多,南方地区台风暴雨频发,其中台风“尤特”造成广东潮阳8 月17 日降水552 mm,为年度全国最大单站日降水量。盛夏北方地区降水较常年偏多,东北地区频繁出现强降雨导致流域性大洪水。

     

    Abstract: Based on daily precipitation data and operational synoptic charts, important heavy rain events in China occurred from April to October in 2013 were selected by comparing them to the 30-year mean precipitation during 1981 to 2010. A survey of the synoptic condition, rainfall duration, rainfall area and accumulative amount of precipitation of these events is presented. Results indicate that there were 184 heavy rain days and 31 important heavy rain events during the study period. In June—July 2013, five regional heavy rainstorm events occurred in the Sichuan Basin. The maximal accumulative precipitation (731 mm) appeared at Dujiangyan station in the basin during 8th to 11th July. In 2013, there were above-normal numbers of landed typhoons, which brought frequent flood disasters to southern China. For example, caused by typhoon "Utor", the maximal daily precipitation of 552 mm appeared at Chaoyang station of Guangzhou province on 17th August in 2013. In July-August, precipitation in northern China was above normal. In northeastern China, frequent heavy rain events led to flash-flood events and caused huge losses in the region.
