  • 摘要: 为了探讨雷电临近预报方法在输电线路雷击预警中的应用,以2013 年湖北省宜昌地区一次电力线路雷击灾害事件为例,基于高分辨实时雷达资料和二维闪电定位资料,建立了一种雷电临近预报模型,从而实现对某一区域未来30 min 雷电的临近预报;在此基础上,采用雷电预报区域和输电线路网格化方法,计算输电线路和临近雷电预报区域之间的距离,并实现输电线路雷击临近预警。该方法简单、实用,其预警结果可供电力部门进行输电线路雷击风险评估时参考,特别适合于电力部门使用推广。

     

    Abstract: Taking lightning disaster event occurred along the transmission line at the Yichang Prefecture of Hubei Province in 2013 as an example, in this paper we discuss the application of lighting nowcasting method to transmission line. Based on real-time high resolution radar data and monitoring data from lightning location instrument, we establish a lightning nowcasting model, by which lightning nowcasting within 30 min for a certain regions is made. Furthermore, we make early warning for lightning stroke along the transmission line by using a gridding method and calculating the distance between transmission line and lightning nowcasting region. Being simple and practical, this method is suitable to be used by the power department. Early warning results can be used as a reference in lightning risk assessment for transmission lines.
