An Improved IVAP Single-Doppler Radar Wind Retrieval Technique on the Linearly Varying Assumption of Wind Direction
Recently,two single-Doppler radar wind retrieval techniques of IVAP and an Extended-VAP method are developed respectively based on the VAD and VAP methods and the VAP method.Based on the two methods,the improveme
